Associateships
Join our team as an Associate Therapist and advance your career with Central Coast Psychological Services (CCPS). You’ll provide evidence-based therapy to community members across various settings, including in-office, remotely, at community centers, or in public schools. Our diverse talent of clinical supervisors and long-term growth opportunities make it an ideal environment to earn your direct counseling hours.
Under the guidance of our expert Supervisors, you will serve marginalized members of our community with therapeutic planning, psychological assessments, group therapy, and crisis intervention. You'll collaborate with colleagues, administrative staff, and clinical mentors through 1:1 and group supervision meetings to overcome challenges and refine your skills. With diverse caseloads, including children, adolescents, adults, geriatric clients, families, and couples, we customize assignments to match your career interests and goals. Practicums
Embark on a fulfilling practicum internship at CCPS and gain hands-on experience in a structured public school setting. As an intern, you'll work closely with children, adolescents, and families, providing direct therapy services in a structured environment. Our flexible start dates and school-based assignments offer a unique opportunity to develop your skills while making a difference in the lives of students.
Under the mentorship of one of our experienced Supervisors, you'll conduct individual and group therapy sessions, perform assessments, and provide psychoeducation. You'll also be involved in developing treatment plans and attending supervision meetings to ensure your growth and competency as a practitioner. Our tranquil office environment and commitment to diversity and inclusion create an ideal setting for your early-stage professional development.

Supervisors
Are you a licensed therapist with a passion for leadership and mentorship? As a Clinical Supervisor at CCPS, you'll supervise and mentor Associates and Practicum Interns, ensuring they provide high-quality, evidence-based care to our diverse community. You’ll conduct regular supervision meetings, approve notes, assist in developing treatment plans, and provide guidance for crisis intervention and conflict resolution. Your role will be crucial in maintaining ethical and legal compliance while fostering a supportive environment for both associates and clients.
