What to Expect

Requesting an Appointment

Appointment requests can be submitted through our website or by calling or texting our front office staff at (805) 801-2231. Client email, date of birth and credit card must be held on file to secure an appointment time.

Cancelation Policy:
All appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance, or a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file. After three missed appointments or same day cancellations you may or may not be rescheduled with your therapist.


Rates and Insurance

We are currently in-network with the following insurance carriers:

Cen Cal Medicare Aetna

If you would like to use these insurance carriers simply follow the instructions in your patient portal once you have scheduled your appointment.

Health Savings Account (HSA):

If you would like to use your HSA enter that account information into the credit card form available on the client portal

Worker’s Compensation:

Worker's Compensation contracts will considered on a case by case basis

Out of Network Insurance:

If we are not in network with your healthcare provider we will charge your credit card on file for sessions and provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance carrier


Cash Rates for Service

The fee for a session with an associate therapist is $150 for the initial intake and $120 per follow up session.

The fee for a session with our clinical director Dr. Collins is $200 for the initial intake and $170 per follow up session.

Associate Therapists

An associate therapist is a mental health professional who holds a master’s degree in the field of psychology and is currently collecting hours of supervised professional experience for licensure in the state of California. All of our associate therapists are experienced professionals and are registered with the appropriate state board. All associate therapists work under the supervision of a fully licensed provider.
