I wholeheartedly believe that the work we are willing to do in our life will not only benefit oneself, but ultimately those around us.

Throughout my extensive education and training in the field of psychology I have become conformable utilizing several theoretical orientations in an integrated and flexible way. I often work with clients with various trauma disorders including PTSD and Prolonged Grief Disorder, as well as Anxiety and Depression. I hold a supportive space for neurodivergent individuals and am a proponent of the neurodivergent model, which holds neurodiversity (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, etc.) as part of the natural spectrum of human diversity. When working with neurodivergent clients I focus on both skill building and psychoeducation to support individuals, couples, and their families.
My doctorate research focus is on social and emotional trauma rooted in high-control religious groups and cults. In working with this population, I focus on issues stemming from the client’s initial trauma(s), along with co-occurring issues such as anxiety, depression, feelings of loneliness, and existential crisis from leaving their groups.
